Why oh why would I want to get back in contact with you AFTER i have left your company? Maybe I want to keep my anonymity? Maybe I don’t want to waste any more time dealing with you guys (but please don’t try to pretend i don’t exist, and your history of bad service didn’t happen to me either).
Readers, please take a browse of all the reviews and make a balanced judgment on whether you want to trust your financial future with this firm.

I can’t agree more with this comment, As I am racking up charges at the moment. I do not recommend this company and suggest you look elsewhere.
They promised a refund due to their incompetence over two months ago and everyday I get fake promises then to top it off I have recently been landed with another fine from HMRC. A fine which they say has been handled and that I ought to ignore. 2 days later I get another notice of the same fine with added interest. Now everyone has gone AWOL. I am considering taking action against them as the amount and stress and panic they have caused whilst faithfully charging my bank account can’t be ignored.
